Acts 1:8
OUR MISSION STRATEGY:
Manila First Baptist is committed to a comprehensive approach to missions. To summarize…we are committed to praying, giving, and going however the Lord leads. Our local strategy involves mission/outreach throughout the year in our community and in other parts of Arkansas. As the Lord leads, we travel to other parts of our country and the world to help local missionaries, churches, and church plants. Currently we are preparing for a mission trip to the Dominican Republic in March 2026 to work with a local church through Operation MATT. Along with this mission partnership, we have missionaries in Southeast Asia and Italy we pray for regularly.
As a Southern Baptist Church, we support the SBC Cooperative Program with our annual budget. In addition, we support the annual Lottie Moon, Annie Armstrong, and Dixie Jackson mission offerings. The offerings are received officially twice a year through our Spring and Fall Mission Celebrations. Each offering is broken down into different percentages to support specific areas that fall in line with our strategy.
Please speak with a member of our staff if you have questions about our mission strategy.
