Purpose Statement
The College and Career of First Baptist exists to help college and career students COMMIT to an authentic relationship with Christ, to CONTRIBUTE to the Kingdom of God, to build a COMMUNITY of believers, and to CONNECT the unconvinced to the truth.
Dream Statements
• It is our dream to build a college and career ministry that attracts members from Manila to the place to be for truth and relationships; which includes operating a service for college students and young adults and opportunities to build genuine friendships.
• It is our dream to enable Christian students and young adults to resist Biblical illiteracy by knowing, living, and defending the truth of God's Word.
• It is our dream to build a strong discipleship group network.
• It is our dream to contribute to the surrounding community and our church through outreaches to those in need.
• It is our dream to create and maintain a thriving, growing college and career ministry that meets on a regular basis for large group worship and small group Bible studies.
• It is our dream to connect with College and Career age to help establish a spiritual presence on each college campus and work area that is represented in our group.
• It is our dream to give consistent financial support to missions and participate in the ministry by planning and attending trips around the world.
• It is our dream to build a college & career ministry that exceeds 50 students in the next five years and continues to grow.
